Exhibitor Rates and Information

You are invited to exhibit at the 128th Connecticut Library Association (CLA) Annual Conference, which will take place April 29 and 30, 2019 at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, CT. We hope you will join us.

 

The theme for 2019 is “Getting Back to Basics.” 

 

Year after year, our exhibitors tell us that the Connecticut Library Association conference is among the most worthwhile library trade shows in the northeastern United States. We expect another fantastic crowd of over 700 attendees over the two day conference.

 

In order to guarantee a listing in the conference booklet, your registration and payment must be received by April 1, 2019. Any registrations made after this date will be required to pay an extra $150.00 fee and your listing will not make it into the conference booklet.

• $1,000  Premium Booth(Prime locations near entry doors & refreshment tables)

• $650.00  Standard Booth (General Exhibitor Ballroom)

• $250.00  Nonprofit Booth (General Exhibitor Ballroom)

• Registration includes skirted table, 2 chairs, wifi (separate from attendees), 1 lunch each day

  • If needed, please add to cart during registration:

    • Additional lunch fee: $40.00 per lunch

    • Electricity fee imposed by hotel: $125.00

    • Hard-wired Internet fee: $50.00

    • Extension cord: $10.00 each

• Morning and afternoon refreshments served inside the Exhibitor Ballroom PLUS “Exhibitor BINGO” and giveaways to help drive traffic to your booth

• Ample no-conflict time for the 700+ attendees to visit your booth

• Free on-site parking right outside of the Mystic Marriott conference area

• Affordable room rates if you’re staying overnight

Why purchase an additional sponsorship?

 

Our vendor showcase and additional sponsorships allow vendors to interact with attendees and highlight their business in more ways at our conference.  Whether you choose a vendor showcase spot to show off a particular product or do a larger scale Q&A or one of our additional sponsorships where your logo and business is highlighted for its continued relationship with Connecticut libraries and beyond, there is sure to be a sponsorship right for you!

Vendor Showcase......................................... $75.00

• Register for a 10-minute time slot to showcase or demo your products.

  •  These will occur during Happy Hour on Monday between 4:45 and 5:30 PM. Time slots will be assigned after registration closes. Limited space for Showcase. Multiple rooms will be used.

• Be the sole vendor in a room where attendees get to see something special you have brought and ask important questions.

• Get a separate listing on our “Vendor Showcase” handout with small logo.

• Attendees will have the chance to win prizes by attending these vendor showcases, much like we have done in the past with Exhibitor Bingo.
